Galkayo Medical Foundation
is a non-profit oriented and non-governmental humanitarian
medical organization based in north Galkayo, Puntland state
of Somalia, which fully licensed it. The GMF has been
operating and working in the health sector since the last
seven years and the health activities in which the GMF
continuously operates consists of Day-care clinic and
fully-equipped hospital. The GMF has partnership
collaboration with the cooperation for medical services and
development (COMSED) and other international NGO’s based in
Italy which support GMF with finance, medical
expertise’s and provide supply for both medical and
non-medical materials. |

The hospital and Day-care clinic are located within a compound of 6000msq of
land owned by the GMF and have 23 medical and non-medical personnel and recruits
a number of technical contractual staff as required
